What you will learn

The Secret To Success

Yes, there is a secret to success in meditation. The mind is a volatile thing, ever moving, questioning, planning and just doing stuff like making up stories or finding things to do. Our job is to very-very gently take some “control” and lead it to a new place. Do it too quickly or without respect and it will rebel.

What is Meditation, Really

Meditation is not a Trance. A trance is a non-aware, semi-hypnotic state where you are not fully aware of your surroundings and not fully responsive to stimuli. Meditation is part science and part art....

Religion and Meditation

Meditation can give you a greater experience of whatever religion you practice. Your religion or belief system should not hold any conflict with the practice of meditation.

How Can Meditation Help

meditation produces profound but subtle changes in both your mind and body by acting on various neurological pathways that affect your physiology. Some of these pathways are now being identified by science. At the very least, by taking twenty to fifty minutes out of your day, relaxing and looking at what is going on in your body is a big plus already.
