Media : Soft Pastels on Pastelmat (24×30 cm) Beige-toned paper.
The painting was completed Plein Aire, sitting very low (at sea level) looking up at the rocks and hillside village, so the perspective appears stretched. I had my feet in the sea and was trying to stop waves from wetting my pastels and paper.
